Pathways is the official educational program of Toastmasters International. It offers a structured learning system that helps members develop communication and leadership skills by completing projects and challenges. Based entirely online, participants can select a personalised learning path that aligns with their individual goals.

Members are automatically enrolled in Pathways when they join Toastmasters. After selecting your path, you can progress through the five levels and earn certificates. The program is flexible and self-paced, with most members completing their first path within 1 – 2 years.
